We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions that address complex business challenges.
\nThis role combines technical expertise, leadership capability, and strategic thinking to translate business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions.
\nThe successful candidate will lead the development of machine learning systems and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into mobile and backend platforms.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nTechnical Leadership:<\/p>\n
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions.
\nDesign scalable AI systems, including:Natural Language Processing (NLP)
\nMachine Learning models
\nDeep Learning architectures
\nGenerative AI models
\nOversee the full AI development lifecycle, including:Data collection
\nData preprocessing
\nFeature engineering
\nModel training pipelines
\nEnsure model optimization, performance tuning, and continuous monitoring in production environments.
\nGuide the development and implementation of AI APIs and microservices for integration with mobile applications and backend systems.
\nRequired Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience in AI \/ ML development.
\nAt least 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
\nStrong proficiency in Python for machine learning and AI development.
\nExperience working with AI\/ML frameworks such as:TensorFlow
\nPyTorch
\nScikit-learn
\nStrong understanding of:Natural Language Processing (NLP)
\nDeep Learning techniques
\nPredictive modeling
\nExperience building and integrating REST APIs with backend systems.
\nKnowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies, including:Docker
\nKubernetes
\nExperience using Git and CI\/CD pipelines for development and deployment workflows.
\nPreferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Experience working with conversational AI systems and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
\nProven experience building production-grade AI applications.
\nBackground in AI research or published AI-related projects.
\nKnowledge of Edge AI and robotics integration.
\nStrong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
