Marketing Automation to bridge global, regional, and local marketing teams across Europe, Middle East &amp; Africa (EMEA).<br \/>\nYou will ensure marketing automation and CRM systems are used effectively to drive business impact, streamline processes, and support both marketing and sales initiatives.<br \/>\nThis is not a hands-on admin or developer role.<br \/>\nThe ideal candidate understands how Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms) interacts with Salesforce, translates global setups into practical regional use, and drives actionable insights from data.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nMarketing Automation &amp; CRM:<\/p>\n<p>Act as a bridge between EMEA Digital Marketing, Customer-Facing Marketing Teams, Global Marketing, and M&amp;C Hub.<br \/>\nTranslate EMEA marketing needs into actionable requirements and coordinate with global teams on system updates and best practices.<br \/>\nSupport lead lifecycle management, campaign automation, and audience segmentation.\u00b7 Guide regional adoption of global marketing automation workflows and CRM processes.<br \/>\nEnsure platforms are used to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.<br \/>\nData, Governance &amp; Insights:<\/p>\n<p>Oversee data quality, integrity, and governance across marketing automation and CRM systems.<br \/>\nMonitor and analyze data to generate insights that drive campaigns, segmentation, and regional performance.<br \/>\nEnsure GDPR compliance and support consent management across EMEA.\u00b7 Serve as the main contact for data-related questions in the region.<br \/>\nPerformance &amp; Analytics:<\/p>\n<p>Define KPIs and measurement frameworks with marketing teams.<br \/>\nTrack campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline contribution; provide recommendations for optimization.<br \/>\nSupport reporting and dashboards for transparency and actionable insights.<br \/>\nDigital Marketing Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>SEO: On-page optimization, keywords, metadata, and technical SEO coordination.<br \/>\nSEM: Paid search execution, optimization, and performance reporting.<br \/>\nSocial Media Marketing: Coordination of organic and paid campaigns with regional teams.\u00b7 Email Marketing: End-to-end management through Marketo including templates, nurture flows, re-engagement programs and personalization.<br \/>\nData &amp;
