Managing the day-to-day activities of the retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize store performance and revenue
\nRoles and Responsibilities
\nRetail Store Operations:<\/p>\n
Oversee the overall operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to provide a positive and consistent customer experience.
\nMonitor and evaluate store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity, and implement strategies for improvement.
\nCustomer Service Excellence:<\/p>\n
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers, providing product information, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
\nTrain and motivate store staff to deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
\nFoster a customer-centric culture within the store, encouraging a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
\nWorking CSC team and online rep to service e-commerce orders
\nMaintain good customer relations at all times
\nManage retail e-commerce & walk-in customer order processing activities timely without errors
\nInventory Management:<\/p>\n
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control through regular stock checks, monitoring stock movement, and coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams.
\nImplement inventory management systems and procedures to optimize stock availability, minimize stock discrepancies, and prevent stockouts or overstocks.
\nConduct regular inventory audits and collaborate with the Finance department to reconcile stock records and identify discrepancies.
\nStore Reporting and Communication:<\/p>\n
Prepare regular sales reports, inventory reports, and other operational reports as required by the management.
\nCommunicate effectively with the management team, providing updates on store performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and efficient store operations.
\nHealth and Safety Compliance:<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of products, adherence to food safety standards, and maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
\nImplement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any identified hazards or risks.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
\nProven experience (2+ years) in retail operations, preferably in the food or similar industry.
\nStrong understanding of retail store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising
\nRequired Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
\nSales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
\nProficiency in using retail point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
