\nWe are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
\nPractical experiences in Machine Learning, as well as NLP, Deep Learning (Tensor flow), Statistical Modelling, Quantitative Analysis, Forecasting, Data Visualization
\nCertifications such as Oracle Certified Master, Certified Data Scientist (The Open Group), Chartered Member and Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS), and Chartered Member (CPC III) of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN).
\n10 – 15 years of demonstrated experience in data management disciplines including data integration, modelling, optimization and\/or data quality,\u00a06 years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs within complex contexts, preferably in the financial services industry
\nBoard level experience of leading and delivering complex change and strategy development.
\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<\/p>\n
Knowledge and moderate proficiency in R, Python (scikit learn, pandas, numpy, Jupyter etc.) SAS, SQL, MATLAB, C\/C++
\nUnderstanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Gradient Boosted Trees, CNN, RNN LSTM, etc.
\nExperience with data visualization tools ex Tableau, Shiny
\nKnowledge of the BI\/DW lifecycle components including Source Data Analysis, ETL, ODS, Data Marts, and Data Mining.
\nExpertise with ETL applications like SSIS, Informatica, Data Stage, etc.
\nResults-oriented leader with a proven track record of leading a data transformation initiative.
\nAdvanced knowledge and experience with best in class data strategy design.
\nProven data literacy – ability to describe business use case\/outcomes, data sources and management concepts.
\nExcellent verbal communication skills, including the abilities to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, explain business concepts to technologists and \u201csell\u201d ideas and processes internally at all levels.
\nHighly organized and experienced in leading\/managing complex projects, initiatives and development
\nAdvanced knowledge and practical application of advanced statistical analysis and mathematical modeling concepts and principles.
\nData-oriented personality
