Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Monitor live CCTV footage and effectively identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
\nCoordinate with law enforcement agencies, if necessary, by providing them with CCTV footage and assisting with investigations.
\nReport any security breaches, incidents, or violations to the Security Supervisor or Manager.
\nAssist in training and educating security staff on the proper use and operation of the CCTV system.
\nStay updated on the latest developments and advancements in CCTV technology and security procedures.
\nOperate and control the CCTV system, including adjusting camera angles, zooming in and out, and recording incidents as required.
\nMaintain accurate records of all incidents and activities observed on CCTV.
\nCollaborate with security personnel to respond promptly to potential security threats or emergencies.
\nConduct routine checks and tests of the CCTV system to ensure its proper functioning and report any faults or issues to the appropriate authorities.
\nFollow standard operating procedures and security protocols to maintain confidentiality and integrity of CCTV recordings.
\nPerform other related duties as required during working hours.
\nQualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Candidates should possess an OND, C&G, or Trade Test II & I in ICT or Computer;
\nExtrovert personality;
\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple deadlines;
\nSelf-motivated and accustomed to working with minimum supervision;
\nAbility to operate in challenging and remote work locations.
\nProficient in operating and controlling CCTV systems, with knowledge of different camera types and setups.
\nFamiliarity with security protocols and procedures.
\nGood understanding of privacy laws and regulations related to CCTV operation.
\nStrong observation and analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential security threats or suspicious activities.
\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
\nAbility to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
\nAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
\nMust be reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
\nPresentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, High Energy Level;
\nMinimum of 2 years experience.
