Job Description<\/p>\n
Check purchase requests and obtain quotations at least three quotations in accordance with establishment\u2019s policies & standards.
\nAssist\u00a0all departments\u00a0in sourcing new suppliers.
\nHave a good understanding of the type, quality and pricing of all purchase items regularly required by the hotel.
\nFollowing up and ensure that all the outstanding orders are properly delivered and accordingly maintained the communication effectively with users.
\nMaintain the tracking procedures for all the process in efficient and traceable manners
\nProcess purchase orders received from the various departments.
\nProcess the daily market list as a priority.
\nMake sure the delivery of goods is according to delivery date that required in the purchase order and market list.
\nAdvise the Financial\u00a0Controller on quotations recommending suppliers offering the most competitive price whilst taking consideration quality, delivery time and consistency of supply.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Diploma \/ Degree in any related field.
\n2 years + related experience preferred with buying\/purchasing experience.
\nFast learner and adaptable on different site conditions.
\nGood analytical skill, project leading,\u00a0 problem solving & communication skill
\nRequired skills: Ms Excel, Google sheet, Google slide, Quickbooks
\nExposure in handling projects, purchase of packaging materials, machineries, spare parts, facilities & utilities items.
\nWell versed in purchasing techniques and assisting in vendor selection with excellent negotiation skills.
\nPositive attitude to learn and take up new challenges.
