Job Description
\nCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
\nDetermine selection criteria
\nOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events if need be.
\nForecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
\nFoster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
\nSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
\nPlan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
\nAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
\nDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\u2019s requirements.
\nLead employer branding initiatives
\nPreferred Skills and Experience \/ Requirements
\nBSc. in any relevant field.
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 relevant experience
\nKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\nA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
\nGood writing\/numeracy\/ analytical and time management skills
\nProven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
\nFamiliarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
