Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals
\nPlan and assign daily workload to the sales team
\nEvaluate the performance of the sales team and provide appropriate feedback
\nProvide guidance to sales representatives in their assigned duties
\nRespond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner
\nDevelop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability
\nIdentify potential customers and build strong relationships with existing customers
\nProvide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build business
\nRepresent company brand in sales conferences and trade shows
\nIdentify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue
\nEvaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements
\nBuild strategy as part of the leadership team
\nLead execution of the strategy in sales, marketing and product innovation
\nProvide visible leadership for our brand values, culture and sustainability
\nBuild a strong resilient sales and marketing function
\nPlan and deliver robust financial performance through the cycle
\nManage sales channel and brand reputation risk.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s or HND Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
\nMust have 7 years of experience in sales
\nMust have basic computer knowledge and skills
\nMust demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\nMust possess strong communication and presentation skills
