Educational Qualification and Work Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.
\nProfessional qualification in HR Management e.g., Senior Professional in HR (SPHRi), SHRM, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) will be an added advantage.
\nPossession of a master\u2019s degree will be added advantage
\nMust have Eight (8) to Ten (10) years of relevant experience with at least Three (3) years in a managerial role.
\nWorking experience on the use and application of Bell Curve analysis in performance appraisal.

Good knowledge and understanding of key HR process areas and their linkages.
\nSound knowledge of relevant applications to support HR operations
\nVery good communication and presentation skills.

\nGood administration and organizational skills
\nSolid understanding of data analysis, and budgeting
\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites such as PowerPoint, excel and word etc
\nOutstanding collaboration skills
\nWorking knowledge of any HR cloud-based software is required
\nStrong understanding of leading HR practices and industry trends
