To leverage on your Architectural expertise and skills to create well-designed, functional, and sustainable buildings and spaces that meet the organization\u2019s specific needs, reflect its brand identity, comply with regulations, and enhance the user experience.
\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Create designs and plans for buildings and spaces.
\nConduct site visits to evaluate the feasibility and suitability of a location for construction.
\nEnsure designs comply with local rules and regulations, obtain necessary permits and approvals, and work with regulatory authorities to address any compliance issues
\nDevelop project schedules, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and monitor progress to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
\nCollaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants
\nResearch and select appropriate materials for construction, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, sustainability, and budget.
\nProvide on-site supervision during the construction phase, ensuring that the project is being executed according to the design plans and specifications.
\nMaintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of the project, addressing their concerns, and seeking their input and feedback.
\nQualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum of Degree in Architecture.
\nMinimum of 2 years progressive experience as an Architect.
\nProfessional certification will be an added advantage.
