Description<\/p>\n
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
\nProvide counselling on policies and procedures.
\nAssist in performance management processes.
\nSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
\nMaintain employee records (attendance) according to policy and legal requirements.
\nReview employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
\nBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
\nCreate and implement effective onboarding plans.
\nDevelop training and development programs.
\nRequirements and Skills<\/p>\n
B.Sc \/ BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant fields.
\n1-3 years work experience with proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
\nProficient in MS Office; Excel is compulsory.
\nOutstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProblem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
\nExperience with working in the manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
\nKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
