We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is fully remote; Applicants are to be physically located either in Onitsha and Kano.
\nAs an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company\u2019s sales goals are met.

\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
\nContact and qualify potential customers
\nSet appointments and follow up on leads
\nTrack progress towards meeting sales goals
\nCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
\nUse customer relationship management (CRM) software or Google sheets to manage leads and sales activities
\nStay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
\nAttend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads
\nProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
\nRequirements and Skills<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business or related field
\nAt least a year experience in sales or customer service
\nProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software or Google Sheets
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills
\nMust have a laptop and android device
\nAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
\nKnowledge of sales techniques and strategies
\nStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills
\nTime management and organisational skills
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
