Professional Skills & Qualifications Required<\/p>\n
Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Social Science and other related field.
\nKnowledge of principles and practices of workforce planning, succession planning and strategic planning.
\nEffectively communicating, both orally and written.
\nCritical thinking to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.
\nAbility to develop and use of work simplification methods and statistical procedures including software.
\nBest practices relating to employee performance management
\nSound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and statutes.
\nExperience and knowledge in Data Analytics and KPI development
\nExcellent presentation skills
\nFair knowledge of the workings of balanced scorecard model
\nProficiency level in the usage of Microsoft Office Suites eg, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
\nKnowledge of human resources management principles, practices, and procedures.
\nWork Experience:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.
