Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
He is Responsible for development coordination supervision and implementation of operational and business activities in the branch.
\nDirect all operational aspect including distribution operations, customer services, human resources and administration and sales
\nAssess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
\nDeveloped forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
\nMeet goal and metrics
\nManage budget and allocate funds appropriately
\nAddress customers and employee satisfaction issues promptly adhere to high ethical standard and comply with all regulations \/ applicable laws.
\nRequirements and Skills<\/p>\n
B.Sc in Business Administration or related field
\n5 to 7 years experience
\nBranch Managements experience
\nSufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
\nAbility to meet sales targets and production goals
\nExcellent organizational skills
\nResults driven and customer focused
\nLeadership and Human resources Management skills
\nProviding training, coaching, development and motivation
\nAge: 30 to 45 years
\nPreferably Male
