The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling internet services to prospective customers through online channels, phone calls, and digital platforms.<\/p>\n
The role focuses on lead conversion, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets while working entirely from a remote location.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Sales & Customer Acquisition:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Contact and engage potential customers through phone calls, social media platforms, emails, and messaging channels.<\/p>\n
Present and explain internet service packages to prospective clients.<\/p>\n
Convert leads into paying customers and meet assigned monthly sales targets.<\/p>\n

Lead Management:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.<\/p>\n
Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture interest and close sales.<\/p>\n
Customer Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, installation processes, and service coverage.<\/p>\n
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat patronage.<\/p>\n
Sales Reporting:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.<\/p>\n
Submit daily or weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.<\/p>\n
Online Brand Representation:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Represent the organization professionally across all digital communication platforms.<\/p>\n
Participate in online promotional campaigns and virtual sales initiatives.<\/p>\n
