Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Edit short and long-form videos for programmes, campaigns, reports, documentaries, and social media platforms.<\/p>\n
Develop narrative-driven video content that highlights beneficiary stories, programme outcomes, and organisational milestones.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the Communications and Programmes teams to translate concepts, scripts, and storyboards into engaging visual outputs.<\/p>\n
Add subtitles, captions, graphics, music, and transitions to enhance storytelling and accessibility.<\/p>\n
Ensure visual consistency with the organisation’s brand identity, tone, and communication standards.<\/p>\n
Organise and manage raw footage, project files, and digital assets in an orderly archive.<\/p>\n
Support the creation of reels, short-form content, and multimedia assets for digital campaigns.<\/p>\n
Assist in documenting events, training, community engagements, and institutional activities through video.<\/p>\n
Adhere to ethical storytelling principles, including informed consent and respectful representation of communities and beneficiaries.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A Degree, Diploma, or certification in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.<\/p>\n
Prior experience in video editing, multimedia production, or digital storytelling.<\/p>\n
Experience producing content for social media, campaigns, or documentaries is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Experience working with non-profits, development organisations, or social impact projects are desirable.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.<\/p>\n
Strong storytelling and narrative editing skills, with an understanding of pacing, structure, and emotional resonance.<\/p>\n
Basic motion graphics and subtitle creation skills.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of social media video formats and digital content optimisation.<\/p>\n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n
