Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Lead day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and execution of targets<\/p>\n
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support operational and revenue goals<\/p>\n
Translate management objectives into actionable plans and monitor execution<\/p>\n
Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across teams<\/p>\n
Track operational performance and provide regular updates to management<\/p>\n
Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance productivity<\/p>\n
Support staffing, onboarding, and performance alignment in collaboration with HR<\/p>\n
Promote accountability, discipline, and results-driven work culture<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.<\/p>\n

Qualification<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field<\/p>\n

5- 10 years proven experience in a leadership, operations, or business coordination role.<\/p>\n
Strong execution, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n
Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities effectively.<\/p>\n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n
Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.<\/p>\n
