A Customer Service Executive at Ruth and Roots acts as a liaison between the organisation and her clients, provides products\/services information, answers questions; and resolves any emerging client-based problems with accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n
The best Customer Service Executives are genuinely excited to help customers.<\/p>\n
They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.<\/p>\n
They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills.<\/p>\n
Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers\u2019 shoes and advocate for them when necessary.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate is someone who is social media savvy with a medical or healthcare background.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Act as the point of contact both physically and virtually between the company and her customers, guiding and recommending the best products and services for each client’s needs.<\/p>\n
Provide correct information about the company’s products and services to prospective and new clients.<\/p>\n
Ensure customers’ satisfaction with products and services by resolving complaints and enquiries.<\/p>\n
Follow up with customers via phone, social media or email to confirm purchase satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Upselling and cross selling of products and services to customers.<\/p>\n
Working with your team members and other departments to find the most effective solutions to problems.<\/p>\n
Escalation of customers’ concerns, complaints and feedback when necessary and appropriately.<\/p>\n
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.<\/p>\n
Keep records of customers’ interactions, confirm customers’ payments and place customers’ orders.<\/p>\n
Ability to promote products effectively and engage customers in a friendly manner.<\/p>\n
Physically able to assist customers with product inquiries.<\/p>\n
Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping people.<\/p>\n
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.<\/p>\n
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.<\/p>\n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n

Candidates must possess a degree in any relevant area.<\/p>\n
1 – 3 years experience.<\/p>\n
