Define and execute the organization\u2019s technology strategy in alignment with business goals and growth plans.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage engineering, software development, infrastructure, and technology teams.<\/p>\n
Design scalable system architectures and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all technology platforms.<\/p>\n
Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software products and digital solutions.<\/p>\n
Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, and system monitoring.<\/p>\n
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies that enhance business capabilities.<\/p>\n
Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party technology partnerships.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, security standards, and industry best practices.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business requirements into technology solutions.<\/p>\n
Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s Degree in Technology Management or Business Administration is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
10+ years of experience in software development or technology leadership roles.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or management position overseeing engineering teams.<\/p>\n
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and scalable system design.<\/p>\n
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, system reliability, and technology governance.<\/p>\n
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.<\/p>\n
