Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Continuously seek to grow the company’s affiliate base by identifying and onboarding new affiliates and external real estate agents<\/p>\n
Manage and coordinate all affiliate groups, ensuring each group is active, engaged, and well-informed<\/p>\n
Provide affiliates with all necessary information, tools, and resources to effectively market the company’s products \u2014 including property listings, pricing, payment plans, brochures, and marketing materials<\/p>\n
Organise and coordinate site visits and property tours for affiliates and their prospective clients<\/p>\n
Plan and conduct detailed periodic training sessions to keep affiliates updated on products, sales techniques, market trends, and company policies<\/p>\n
Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring they are fully equipped and ready to begin marketing from day one<\/p>\n
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all active affiliates and agents<\/p>\n
Manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and payment coordination<\/p>\n
Monitor affiliate activity and performance metrics to ensure consistent lead generation<\/p>\n
Resolve affiliate complaints, disputes, and escalations promptly<\/p>\n
Ensure affiliates comply with company standards, brand guidelines, and ethical practices<\/p>\n
Identify top-performing affiliates and implement recognition and incentive programmes<\/p>\n
Generate regular affiliate performance reports for the Department Manager<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field<\/p>\n
Experience in sales, partnerships, or relationship management<\/p>\n
Real estate experience is an advantage<\/p>\n
Strong organisational and communication skills<\/p>\n
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office<\/p>\n
Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities<\/p>\n
Prior Experience in Real Estate or Property Marketing is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n

Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, CRM software).<\/p>\n
Data analysis and reporting skills to track affiliate performance.<\/p>\n
Team player with a proactive attitude<\/p>\n
Strong attention to detail and follow-through<\/p>\n
Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously<\/p>\n
