Strategic Financial Leadership<\/p>\n

Develop and implement the company\u2019s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.<\/p>\n
Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board.<\/p>\n
Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.<\/p>\n
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved financial performance.<\/p>\n
Financial Planning & Analysis<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Oversee annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial modeling.<\/p>\n
Monitor company financial performance against budgets and strategic plans.<\/p>\n
Provide detailed financial insights, dashboards, and reports to leadership for decision-making.<\/p>\n
Evaluate investments, acquisitions, and major financial initiatives.<\/p>\n
Accounting & Financial Reporting<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.<\/p>\n
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.<\/p>\n
Maintain strong financial controls, policies, and procedures.<\/p>\n
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Risk Management<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain internal control frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.<\/p>\n
Oversee corporate financial compliance and regulatory filings where applicable.<\/p>\n
Treasury & Cash Management<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies.<\/p>\n
Optimize working capital and financial efficiency across the organization.<\/p>\n
Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.<\/p>\n
Leadership & Team Management<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Build, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team.<\/p>\n
Establish performance metrics and drive high standards of financial discipline.<\/p>\n
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, HR, and other relevant departments.<\/p>\n
Operational Finance<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Support operational teams with financial analysis and cost management strategies.<\/p>\n
Implement financial systems, automation, and reporting tools to improve efficiency.<\/p>\n
Drive financial process improvements and scalability for growth.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or Master\u2019s preferred).<\/p>\n
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.<\/p>\n
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.<\/p>\n
Strong experience in financial planning, corporate finance, and financial reporting.<\/p>\n
Experience working with remote or distributed teams is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.<\/p>\n
