Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Inventory Management<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and materials.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels at all times.<\/p>\n
Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the store.<\/p>\n
Stock Control & Monitoring<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Track stock movement, issuance, and usage across outlets and production.<\/p>\n
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or low stock promptly.<\/p>\n
Prevent wastage, damage, or loss of inventory.<\/p>\n
Delivery & Distribution<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Accompany delivery of supplies to outlets.<\/p>\n
Ensure correct quantities and items are delivered as issued.<\/p>\n
Confirm proper handover and acknowledgment of stock at each outlet.<\/p>\n
Report any discrepancies during delivery immediately.<\/p>\n
Documentation & Record Keeping<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions (inward and outward).<\/p>\n
Ensure all issued stock is properly recorded and authorized.<\/p>\n
Keep accurate logs of items dispatched to each outlet.<\/p>\n
Reconciliation & Reporting<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.<\/p>\n
Report discrepancies, shortages, or inconsistencies.<\/p>\n
Work with the Accountant and Auditor during stock checks.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Organization<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.<\/p>\n
Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and issuing items.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of OND\/HND\/B.Sc. in a relevant field.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 2\u20134 years\u2019 experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail.<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.<\/p>\n
Ability to handle both store operations and physical delivery activities.<\/p>\n
Good record-keeping and organizational skills.<\/p>\n
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
