Financial Management & Reporting<\/p>\n

Maintain accurate financial records, books, and ledgers across all business units.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.<\/p>\n
Track daily sales and ensure proper financial recording across outlets.<\/p>\n
Cash Flow & Expense Management<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage company cash flow, expenses, and revenue.<\/p>\n
Ensure proper tracking and control of operational spending.<\/p>\n
Manage payments, invoicing, and receivables effectively.<\/p>\n
Budgeting & Cost Control<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.<\/p>\n
Monitor production costs, inventory usage, and operational expenses.<\/p>\n
Identify cost leakages and implement cost control measures.<\/p>\n
Reconciliation & Accuracy<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Perform regular bank and sales reconciliations.<\/p>\n
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data.<\/p>\n
Maintain proper financial documentation and records.<\/p>\n
Financial Support to Management<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions.<\/p>\n
Track performance and highlight areas requiring attention.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail operations.<\/p>\n
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Proven ability to independently manage full accounting operations.<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
