We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance\/Mechanical Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our factory.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability of all plant machinery while minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.<\/p>\n
Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to deliver on daily and long-term objectives.<\/p>\n
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement lasting solutions.<\/p>\n
Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with Production and Operations teams to support seamless workflow.<\/p>\n
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.<\/p>\n
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.<\/p>\n
8\u201312 years\u2019 experience in a manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n
Proven experience managing maintenance teams and factory equipment.<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial machinery.<\/p>\n
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n
