This includes managing correspondence, handling phone calls, drafting emails, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.<br \/>\nScheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external. Ensure all necessary arrangements, such as meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments, are organized efficiently.<br \/>\nRecordkeeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both in physical and digital formats. Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place to enable easy retrieval of information when needed.<br \/>\nCommunication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Screen and redirect calls appropriately, respond to inquiries, and relay messages in a timely manner.<br \/>\nTravel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are obtained.<br \/>\nMeeting Support: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes as required. Distribute meeting materials, coordinate logistics, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.<br \/>\nData Entry and Documentation: Enter data into relevant systems and maintain accurate records. Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of documents, presentations, and reports.<br \/>\nConfidentiality and Ethics: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
