Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintain a regular cleaning schedule of office and office equipment.
\nResolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
\nCoordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
\nPerform other assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly.
\nRunning Errands within and outside of the office on a daily basis.
\nHandle organizational and minor clerical support task.
\nMonitor and maintain office supplies.
\nPerform work-related errands as requested.
\nCalling for repairs and monitoring equipment artisans.
\nJob Requirements<\/p>\n
Strictly for candidates with a maximum of qualification of SSCE \/ NECO \/ Diploma or OND Holder in terms of academic qualification (No B.Sc or Higher Qualifications to apply for this position).
\n2 \u2013 4 years work experience.

\nExperience as an office assistant will be an advantage.
\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.
\nAnalytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
\nGood written and verbal communication skills.
\nMust reside in Ikeja and its environsonly.
