Systems Administration:<\/p>\n
Install, configure, and manage servers, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.

\nImplement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
\nSecurity and Data Protection:<\/p>\n
Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
\nConduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
\nMonitor systems for unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
\nManage data backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
\nCloud Infrastructure:<\/p>\n
Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
\nProvision and configure cloud resources based on defined architecture.
\nMonitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, cost, and scalability.
\nEnsure cloud security, compliance, and data privacy.
\nTechnical Support:<\/p>\n
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users.
\nRespond to user inquiries, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
\nDocument and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
\nIT Infrastructure Planning:<\/p>\n
Assess current IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improvement.
\nResearch and evaluate new technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
\nDevelop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
\n2 \u2013 5 years work experience.
\nSolid understanding of TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other network protocols.
\nKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProven experience working as an IT Executive or in a similar role.
\nStrong knowledge of hardware management, software applications, network administration, systems administration, security, and cloud infrastructure.
\nProficient in operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
\nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
