Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities including substructure, superstructure, finishing, and external works.<\/p>\n
Interpret and work from architectural drawings, structural drawings, and construction specifications.<\/p>\n
Manage and supervise site tradespeople, artisans, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity.<\/p>\n
Ensure materials are requisitioned, received, and utilised in accordance with project requirements and specifications.<\/p>\n
Conduct quality checks at all critical stages of construction to ensure workmanship meets company and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate daily site records including work progress, labour deployment, and material usage.<\/p>\n
Identify and resolve construction challenges promptly, escalating complex issues to the Line Manager as required.<\/p>\n
Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, organised, and safe condition at all times.<\/p>\n
Participate in site meetings and contribute to progress reviews and reporting.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Registration with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in building construction, with demonstrated capability in site supervision.<\/p>\n
Experience in residential real estate construction is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n

Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.<\/p>\n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.<\/p>\n
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.<\/p>\n
Good understanding of construction scheduling and resource management.<\/p>\n
Working knowledge of HSE requirements on construction sites.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in basic construction reporting and documentation.<\/p>\n
