We are looking for a skilled and proactive MIS Executive to join our team in Ikoyi.<\/p>\n
The role focuses on managing Management Information Systems, generating accurate reports, analyzing data, and providing timely insights to support business decision-making.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management.<\/p>\n
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments and systems.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.<\/p>\n
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight variances.<\/p>\n
Maintain and update databases and information systems.<\/p>\n
Support the implementation and optimization of ERP or other business intelligence tools.<\/p>\n
Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across all reports.<\/p>\n
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning through data analysis.<\/p>\n
Prepare presentation materials and management information packs.<\/p>\n
Liaise with IT and other departments to resolve data-related issues.<\/p>\n
Requirements and Qualifications<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.<\/p>\n
2\u20134 years of relevant experience as MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role.<\/p>\n
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts, Power Query).<\/p>\n
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
