{"id":20474,"date":"2026-03-25T12:15:08","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T12:15:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=20474"},"modified":"2026-03-25T23:44:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T23:44:47","slug":"eunisell-limited-lagos-full-time-sales-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.jobsinnaija.com\/?job_listing=eunisell-limited-lagos-full-time-sales-manager-2","title":{"rendered":"Sales Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Roles and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Manage and achieve agreed revenue target.<br \/>\nPrepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company\u2019s products, solutions and services and to achieve the annual sales and income target as assigned.<br \/>\nExpand the company\u2019s clients while creating more revenue stream.<br \/>\nPromote and sell the Company\u2019s products as assigned, whilst maintaining service standards<br \/>\nDevelop new customer and business, coordinate or provide technical support including sample for testing, do follow-up work from sample to commercialization.<br \/>\nDevelop and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with clients across major IOCs, independent producers and service companies in the oil and gas industry, and other relevant FMCGs.<br \/>\nIdentify new business opportunities for various chemicals to meet revenue target.<br \/>\nLiaise with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of company products and solutions according to customers\u2019 needs.<br \/>\nIdentify opportunities to grow new businesses with existing clients.<br \/>\nServe as the lead point of contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.<br \/>\nManage multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines and fulfilling service promise.<br \/>\nProject necessary inventory level for each product\/business situation by ensuring efficiency, reliability and optimized inventory level.<br \/>\nUnderstand the growing trends in the sector and advise as may be necessary.<br \/>\nPrepare annual sales &amp; profit forecast and provide projection as required<br \/>\nLiaise and work with the Marketing unit to develop and promote the Company\u2019s products &amp; services.<br \/>\nCarry out market research, competitor analysis, customer surveys, and advise management on competitive opportunities.<br \/>\nManagerial Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager<br \/>\nWeekly\/Monthly performance review and daily sales activities report.<br \/>\nMentoring individuals supporting the Sales team.<br \/>\nDevelop performance objectives and carry out performance reviews of staff.<br \/>\nMaintain excellent relationships with key decision makers at C-levels across major IOCs, independent producers and service companies in the oil and gas industry and other relevant FMCGs.<br \/>\nRequirements<\/p>\n<p>An excellent academic qualification in any discipline. Master\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nMust have 10 \u2013 15 years sales &amp; business development experience in chemical\/technical sales within oil &amp; gas and industrial sectors.
