\nQualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master\u2019s degree is a plus.
\n4 years plus experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
\nStrong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
\nProject management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
\nDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve project issues.
\nProficient in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines
