We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused RetailSales Executive to join our dynamic fashion retail team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving store sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building strong client relationships.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques.<\/p>\n
Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.<\/p>\n
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines within the store.<\/p>\n
Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and promptly communicate restocking needs.<\/p>\n
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.<\/p>\n
Track personal sales performance and contribute to overall store KPIs.<\/p>\n
Maintain in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, product lines, and competitor activities.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of OND\/HND\/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 2 years of cognate sales experience.<\/p>\n
Experience in a structured retail environment will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Strong passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<\/p>\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.<\/p>\n
Strong organizational and time-management skills.<\/p>\n
