What to expect from the role<\/p>\n
Hands on experience with machine operating and production lines.
\nLearning how to operate different machines and processes involved with the production. (Stamper, cutter, mixer)
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Calibrate the machine before the production begins.
\nEnsure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.
\nFix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.
\nCheck the output of the machines and identify any issues.
\nKeep an updated database on all of the machines information, defective units and final products.
\nMaintain a log of the activity.
\nRegularly submit performance reports.
\nMonitor and control the machine performance and settings.
\nRegularly conduct tests of the machines performance and operating capacity.
\nInspect machinery with appropriate tools.
\nFeed raw materials into semi-automated machines and help the assembly line.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering \u2013 Trade Test, City & Guild, or OND
