The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, tracking stock levels, receiving and issuing goods, and ensuring that all store operations are carried out accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain proper documentation of all store activities.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials<\/p>\n
Issue stock to various departments based on approved requisitions<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels daily<\/p>\n
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies immediately<\/p>\n
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items for easy retrieval<\/p>\n
Monitor stock usage to prevent shortages or overstocking<\/p>\n
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area<\/p>\n
Prepare and submit inventory reports to management<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards<\/p>\n
Work closely with the procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless supply flow<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc in any relevant field<\/p>\n
1\u20133 years experience as a Store Keeper or in store \/ inventory management<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software is an added advantage<\/p>\n
Excellent organization and record-keeping skills<\/p>\n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
