The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing multiple locations within a QSR environment and be able to drive performance across all outlets.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Multi-Outlet Management:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets<\/p>\n
Ensure consistency in service delivery, product quality, and operational standards<\/p>\n
Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews<\/p>\n
Performance & Profitability:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Drive sales growth and achieve operational targets<\/p>\n
Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall outlet performance<\/p>\n
Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability<\/p>\n
Team Leadership:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Supervise Restaurant Managers and outlet teams<\/p>\n
Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management<\/p>\n
Enforce discipline and maintain high team morale<\/p>\n
Operational Control:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards<\/p>\n
Monitor inventory management and reduce wastage across outlets<\/p>\n
Customer Experience:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets<\/p>\n
Address and resolve escalated customer issues<\/p>\n
Reporting & Strategy:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Prepare and present operational reports to management<\/p>\n
Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of B.Sc \/ HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Operations Manager in a QSR<\/p>\n
Proven experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously<\/p>\n
Strong leadership and people management skills<\/p>\n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities<\/p>\n
