The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales and operational targets.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Operations Management:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures<\/p>\n
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Team Management:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff<\/p>\n
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage<\/p>\n
Drive team performance and enforce discipline where necessary<\/p>\n
Customer Service:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ensure excellent customer experience at all times<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly<\/p>\n
Sales & Performance:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Drive sales and meet revenue targets<\/p>\n
Monitor daily sales, expenses, and wastage<\/p>\n
Inventory & Reporting:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store\/central supply<\/p>\n
Ensure proper inventory control and minimal wastage<\/p>\n
Prepare and submit daily\/weekly operational reports<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum of HND \/ BSc in any relevant field<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 \u2013 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a QSR or retail environment<\/p>\n
Strong leadership and team management skills<\/p>\n
Good communication and problem-solving abilities<\/p>\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
