Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Programme Development Support:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Assist in researching and identifying themes for club programmes.<\/p>\n
Support the Programmes Coordinator to set programme goals.<\/p>\n
Support the design of innovative programmes for education, networking, and mentoring.<\/p>\n
Help develop and maintain a comprehensive annual programme calendar.<\/p>\n
Programme Management Support:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Assist with coordinating logistics, venue selection, and budgeting for club programmes.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programmes.<\/p>\n
Assist with developing and maintaining the speaker database to serve as a point of contact for programme contributors.<\/p>\n
Support accurate record-keeping for programme evaluation.<\/p>\n
Membership Engagement Support:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Assist with identifying potential members<\/p>\n
Assist with membership engagement and retention processes.<\/p>\n
Help communicate updates to members through approved channels.<\/p>\n
Assist with membership documentation and data management<\/p>\n
Find ways to encourage member participation in various club programmes and events.<\/p>\n
General:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Assist with general tasks as delegated by the Co-ordinator and\/or management<\/p>\n
Come with you\u2019re \u201cA-Game and contribute to the growth of the club<\/p>\n
Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n
Interest in membership \/community organisation, programme coordination and event planning.<\/p>\n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in technology platforms for programmes management and marketing.<\/p>\n
Basic office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, etc.) for business communication.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of women’s leadership development programmes and industry trends is a plus.<\/p>\n
Researching skills<\/p>\n
Proactive and resourceful mindset.<\/p>\n
