Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with the company\u2019s business objectives in the Oil and Gas Sector.<\/p>\n
Manage the annual procurement budget and deliver significant cost savings and value improvements.<\/p>\n
Oversee the entire tender lifecycle-from demand planning, RFx development, and bid evaluation to negotiation, award, and contract execution for major CAPEX and OPEX projects.<\/p>\n
Spearhead the process of registering and qualifying the company with key International Oil Companies (IOCs). Manage ongoing performance and relationships with IOCs and a portfolio of strategic suppliers.<\/p>\n
Develop deep category strategies for critical areas such as drilling, piping, valves, structural steel, EPC services, logistics, and MRO.<\/p>\n
Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, logistical, and supplier financial risks.<\/p>\n
Ensure robust contract administration, monitor compliance, and manage variations and disputes.<\/p>\n
Act as the primary procurement interface for senior management, project directors, and technical departments.<\/p>\n
Liaise directly with IOCs\u2019 procurement and supply chain teams to understand their requirements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA or Masters degree is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership\/senior management role within the Oil and Gas Industry.<\/p>\n
Demonstratable experience managing multi-million-dollar, complex tenders for the Oil and Gas Projects.<\/p>\n
Must have hands-on experience in the process of registering and maintaining vendor status with International Oil Companies (IOCs).<\/p>\n
