Oversee cashiers, sales reps, and other employees in the mart.
\nImplement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
\nMonitor shelve stocks and excellent product displays, and the general excellent appearance of the store premise.
\nMotivate employees to achieve set targets.
\nCommunicate job expectations and coach team members.
\nReceive deliveries from suppliers and maintain inventory.
\nReport any major or unresolved supply delays or problems to the business manager.
\nInvestigate market trends and suggest items that would appeal to customers.
\nCommunicate progress by preparing and sharing daily reports with the management.
\nInteract with customers to ensure that they have a positive experience and address any concerns or complaints that may arise.
\nCollaborate with the HR team to hire and train staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure that all employees meet job expectations.
\nCollaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
\nKeep records of expenses, sales, employee performance, and any other records necessary for management reviews and decision-making.
\nCommunicate progress by preparing and sharing daily reports with the management.
\nEnsure all employees are appropriately dressed and presentable at all times depicting morals and the Damal standard.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in relevant fields with 3 \u2013 5 years work experience.
