Assist the CEO to prepare for meetings.
\nAccurately recording minutes from meetings.
\nReceiving guests on behalf of the CEO, and deciding if they will meet the CEO.
\nHandle various social media platforms
\nResearch and source brand influencers\/models
\nPerforming office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
\nProvide general administrative support to the CEO.
\nManage the CEO\u2019s calendar and set up meetings.
\nCreate content, and calendar campaigns to drive sales.
\nRegularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers.
\nActively manage and promote our various social media platforms, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
\nEdit content produced by other members of the team.
\nAnalyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.
\nCollaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
\nIdentify customers\u2019 needs and recommend new topics.
\nCoordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
\nMeasure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
\nWriting, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
\nConduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the organization, and then contextualise your findings.
\nSuggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Candidates should possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 2 \u2013 5 years of work experience.
\nStrong Organizational and time management Skills
\nKnowledge of SEO, and all social media platforms is a MUST
\nMust have digital marketing experience
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
\nMust be Smart and Creative
\nIdea of social media ads and content creation would be an advantage
\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills
\nDiscretion and confidentiality
\nMust be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
