Job Description
\nWe seek self-motivated sales officers for our radio station. You will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Selling advertising space on Radio.
\nGenerating income from direct sales and sponsorship by selling the benefits of our radio station to individual and corporate clients.
\nPitch programs and ideas to clients and prepare proposals using our rate card.
\nAchieve monthly revenue target.
\nEstablish, develop and maintain long term business relationships with clients.
\nDeliver quality and consistent service to clients and prospects.
\nAttend events to network with clients, pursue prospects and seal deals.
\nPresent regular accurate reports.
\nCollaborate closely with programs team to increase revenue generation.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
\n2-3 years in sales and marketing
\nExperience in telesales and physical sales
\nUnderstanding of the sales process and dynamics.
\nExperience in client relation management and lead generation
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nPassionate and desire to sell
\nAbility to initiate and maintain client Relationships.
\nGood negotiation and prospecting Skills.
\nFlexible, Creative and able to meet goals and deadlines.
\nA positive, confident and determined approach.
\nResilience and the ability to cope with rejection by prospects
\nPrioritizing, time management and organizational skills
\nA high degree of self-motivation and self-ambition.
\nThe skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
\nBasic administrative tasks including maintaining records and producing reports.
