\nRecruit, train, develop and supervise data analysts.
\nData Advocacy and Awareness:<\/p>\n
Trainings on interactions with the dashboards.
\nPeriodic \u2018Do you know\u2019 Series.
\nShared Analytics:<\/p>\n
Evaluate and support requests from other interswitch business groups and shared services.
\nProduct Analytics:<\/p>\n
Descriptive Analytics:\u00a0Creation and Management of Analytical Dashboards for products.
\nIdentify Dashboard Requirements for all the products.
\nSetup performance Dashboards as required and continually maintain and improve on them.
\nCreate Dashboards that help quickly detect problems with the product.
\nProvide Support and Trainings for Dashboard Usage.
\nPro-actively enhance dashboards in line with Business realities.
\nExploratory Analytics: Analyse Data to reveal Intelligence for driving Strategic Decisions as well as Data based forecasting.
\nSet and Track Key Performance Indicators for products.
\nProducts Analytics.
\nMake recommendations based on Analytics for Service Improvements.
\nTrack Service Improvements by continuous review of Service Performance.
\nData Engineering:<\/p>\n
Setup and Maintain Data Sources to support products analytics Use Cases.
\nEnsure that Data feeding the Dashboards are pro-actively updated.
\nUndertake \/ Participate in pre-processing of structured and unstructured data.
\nMonitor and audit data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness.
\nData Science:<\/p>\n
Build predictive, and prescriptive models and machine learning algorithms.
\nDevelop and Drive Improvement Initiatives.
\nWork on analytics objectives (Churn, growth rate and drivers, customer lifetime, product vs competition) etc.
\nCollaborate with engineering and product development departments.
\nEducation and Experience<\/p>\n
Academic Qualification(s):\u00a0 B.Eng. \/ B.Sc. or M.Sc in Computer Science or related
\nProfessional Qualification(s): Essential
