Our client is looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team\u2019s potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
\nDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\u2019s customer base and ensure its strong presence
\nOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
\nBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
\nPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
\nIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
\nRequirements and skills<\/p>\n
B.Sc \/ HND degree in Business Administration or a related field
\n3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the detergent, toilet & dish washer industry.
\nDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
\nProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
\nStrong business sense and industry expertise
