Dana Motors is seeking a proactive, smart, and well-organized Customer Service Executive to join our team.
\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, sourcing new clients, and supporting sales and marketing activities to promote our automobile products and services.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively sourcing new clients.
\nPromote company products, services, offers, and campaigns to customers.
\nRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
\nIdentify sales opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets.
\nIssue and track customer invoices accurately.
\nParticipate in marketing activities, corporate visits, and promotional events to attract and engage customers.
\nPrepare reports on customer interactions, visits, and feedback received.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
HND\/BSc in any discipline.
\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 proven experience in automobile sales or the automotive industry.
\nStrong sales orientation with the ability to attract and retain customers.
\nGood customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
\nStrong organizational and reporting skills.
