We are looking for a commercially sharp, technically curious Client Solutions Lead to own our revenue pipeline and client relationships.<\/p>\n
You will lead client engagements end-to-end, translating real business challenges into high-impact AI solutions and working closely with our technical team to bring them to life.<\/p>\n
This role goes beyond traditional sales. You will shape opportunities, define solutions, and ensure every engagement results in measurable business outcomes for our clients.<\/p>\n
This is a high-impact, highly visible role that requires equal parts of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and hands-on client management. You will work directly with the team and shape how Jedayah AI goes to market.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Business Development:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across target sectors.<\/p>\n
Develop outreach strategies, partnerships, and referral networks to generate new leads.<\/p>\n
Represent Jedayah AI at industry events, webinars, and community spaces to grow our presence.<\/p>\n
Client Leadership:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding through delivery and expansion.<\/p>\n
Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client workflows, pain points, and automation readiness.<\/p>\n
Translate client needs into well-scoped solution briefs in collaboration with the technical team.<\/p>\n
Drive client retention, satisfaction, and account growth through proactive relationship management.<\/p>\n
Commercial & Strategic:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Build ROI models, business cases, and commercial proposals (SOWs, RFPs) that resonate with decision-makers.<\/p>\n
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene using CRM tools; produce accurate forecasts for leadership.<\/p>\n
Gather market intelligence to inform Jedayah AI’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.<\/p>\n
