The Fleet Officer will oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, documentation renewals, insurance management, tracking systems, vendor relationships, and compliance.<\/p>\n
This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure all the company vehicles are operational, cost-effective, and compliant.<\/p>\n
The Fleet Officer will serve as the key point of contact for all vehicle-related matters across the group.<\/p>\n
Primary Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Manage day-to-day operations of the entire company fleet.<\/p>\n
Oversee routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of all vehicles.<\/p>\n
Handle vehicle documentation renewals, including licenses, registration, and roadworthiness certificates.<\/p>\n
Manage the company\u2019s vehicle insurance portfolio \u2013 renewals, claims, and policy management.<\/p>\n
Maintain and monitor car tracking systems; ensure real-time vehicle tracking and coordinate with employees.<\/p>\n
Maintain up-to-date records of each vehicle, including maintenance history, logbooks, registration, and inspection reports.<\/p>\n
Liaise with approved vendors for repairs, maintenance, insurance, and compliance documentation.<\/p>\n

Provide accurate time records of the company vehicles going out and coming in and signing logbook register for taking and returning vehicle keys.<\/p>\n
Prompt reporting of any accident, injury, and vehicle damage to the HR\/Admin manager for necessary actions<\/p>\n
Conduct regular vehicle inspections and audits to ensure roadworthiness and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
Monitor fuel usage and overall vehicle utilization where applicable.<\/p>\n
Ensure adherence to policies and assist in policy development and implementation.<\/p>\n
Prepare and submit timely reports on fleet performance and operating costs.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Skills<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven experience in fleet or transport management.<\/p>\n
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Ability to manage multiple vendors and negotiate service agreements.<\/p>\n
Proficiency with vehicle tracking technologies and related software.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and reporting skills.<\/p>\n
