We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR functions at Reverse Aesthetics.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes<\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management<\/p>\n
Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisals<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies<\/p>\n
Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives<\/p>\n
Collaborate with management to align HR strategy with business objectives<\/p>\n
Track and report on HR-related KPIs, including employee performance, attendance, and compliance metrics<\/p>\n
Ensure all departments comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Education & Experience<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare, services, or corporate environments<\/p>\n
Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR systems<\/p>\n
