Assist in maintaining supplier registration related information
\nLiaise with Master Data Management (MDM) team for supplier registration, qualification and master maintenance related information\/queries
\nAssist in maintaining sourcing master data related information
\nLiaise with MDM team for SCM master data related information\/queries
\nReview requirements for product categories, develop and run reports on oracle
\nProvide information to requestors on category needs and spend analysis
\nProvide assistance in managing category needs and spend analysis and update category related information in oracle
\nOfficer, Procurement Support would support the Manager, Sourcing and would be involved in the following sub-functions:Supplier registration and qualification
\nSourcing master data maintenance
\nCategory needs and spend analysis
\nSourcing Event End to End Management
\nResolution Creation and approval follow up
\nCreate\/maintain pre-qualification questionnaires\/Request for Information (RFI)\/surveys\/Request for Proposal (RFP)\/Request for Quotation (RFQ)\/auctions
\nParticipate and provide inputs in project status meetings and operational meetings
\nPropose operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment
\nSet up and manage ad-hoc meetings for day to day operational requirements
\nEducation<\/p>\n
First Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related discipline
\nCSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
\nFluent in English
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
3 \u2013 7 years\u2019 experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others
