Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee all aspects of cinema operations, including staff management, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
\nEnsure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times, exceeding guest expectations.
\nMonitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the cinema, including auditoriums, common areas, and facilities.
\nManage ticket sales, concessions, and box office operations to maximize revenue and profitability.
\nCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events to drive attendance and increase customer engagement.
\nMonitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as ticket sales, attendance, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with film distributors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
\nStay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
\nHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree qualification with 3 \u2013 5 years work experience.
\nPrevious experience in cinema management or a related field is preferred.
\nExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
\nStrong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and external stakeholders.
\nProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
\nProficient computer skills, including knowledge of cinema management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
