Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, security, and space utilization
\nDevelop and implement efficient procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services
\nManage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, insurance, registration, and compliance
\nStreamline operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
\nMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and performance
\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
\nLead, train, and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
\nStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
\nProven experience in operations management, preferably in facility management and or procurement.
\nStrong knowledge of facility management best practices, procurement processes, fleet management, and logistics operations
